America is a precious jewel, the only nation in which our inalienable rights are protected by strictly limiting government powers. Americans live free under agreed-upon, enforceable moral principles, chosen by the people. Our elections are what guarantee We The People are ruled by laws to which we consent.
The rule of law anchors America in this intrinsic right. There are several laws, or anchors, in our voting system upon which our trust in the outcomes is predicated. These are largely contained in the statement, “One voter, one vote.” Citizens trust that only eligible voters are allowed to register.
Citizens trust each voter is registered once, and can therefore only vote once. Why do we assume this? Because it’s the law, and we trust that our elections are lawful.
Close examination of actual voting records in NY reveals that these fundamental trust anchors have become unmoored. Our secure ship is drifting with political tides.
1.1M unique “voters” have been assigned 2.4M unique state board of elections ID (SBOEID) numbers, resulting in a minimum of 1.3M excess registrations that can, and do, cast votes. Upon being presented with the registration data for 300 voters who double voted in the 2020 election, one county board of elections reassured NY Citizens Audit that having two state IDs is not concerning, despite being a clear violation of state law, and having resulted in 300 provably fraudulent double votes in that county alone.
Equally concerning is the sheer volume of clear registration violations, including “voters” who have as many as 25 unique SBOEID numbers for the same name, date of birth, and address, but are unknown to those who own and reside at these homes.
The NYSVoter database, the “official source” for the administration and certification of federal elections, contains millions of registrants who clearly violate residence and other eligibility requirements.NYSVoter contains 1.48M purged records with no purge date, 1.9M records in the state database missing from the corresponding county databases, a minimum of 70,000 individuals registered after their last voted date, and 6 entire counties more than 100% registered to vote, including the highly populated Nassau, Westchester, and Erie counties.
Through canvassing of suspicious registrations, NY Citizens Audit routinely uncovers circumstances worse than suspected. Votes have been added, as well as removed. Registrations have been backdated, created, and deleted. When a potential voter registers through the DMV, which is now automatic unless one deliberately opts out, the only citizenship verification is blind trust.
Unique voters with excess SBOEID numbers have double-voted in as many as 38 elections, and triple-voted as well, sometimes before any of the registrations were made. This isall laid bare simply by careful examination of a publicly available document that is part of our National Security Infrastructure, the NYSVoter database.
The anchors upon which We The People rely, in order to trust our elections, have been quietly raised. The efforts of local election officials to resolve the issues are failing, despite their continued assurances that NY Citizens Audit is misinformed.
The Oneida Co board of elections went as far as to claim that, “All data provided by this group has been debunked by our peers.” Since the data comes from them, they failed to provide any debunking explanations with supporting documents, and the “peers” are not identified, we are expected to take their word for it.
But with the trust anchors cut loose, and the ship called NY pulled farther and farther out to sea, why should we?
